I hiked to Snow Lake, a beautiful, 7-mile roundtrip hike. This hike had a lot of variety, through conifer forest, talus slope, clearings of fern and verdant deciduous trees. The trail was ridiculously crowded at times. At the lake, people were sitting on submerged logs, dipping their feet, or even swimming in the frigid water. I could see why the trail was so popular, a fairly easy hike with a gorgeous lake at the end.
